These charges are in addition to previous allegations of dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm from a November 2024 crash in Brampton. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
Meanwhile, Toronto Police are investigating an assault in the city's west end that left one person with serious lacerations.
