"The plan is to move forward," Carels stated. "I wouldn't be doing my job if I just looked back on past success." This forward-thinking approach has not only earned them the Builder of the Year title but also Recognition for Most Home Sales for three years running.

"You're in there with a household income of under $60,000 a year," Carels explained. "The average income in Edmonton is $58,000. Our original goal was to create a new home option for someone earning an average income in Edmonton."
