Top Florida Real Estate Team Returns to eXp Realty to Launch Tampa Expansion
BELLINGHAM, Wash., March 26, 2026 – eXp Realty, the agent-centric real estate brokerage and core subsidiary of eXp World Holdings, Inc., has announced the return of the top-producing Maximum Tampa Group to its platform. Led by Yulia Olivo and Jennifer Rivera, the team will launch FIG Team Maximum Tampa in partnership with Veronica Figueroa's FIG Team, establishing its first presence in the Tampa market.
Strategic Move for Sustained Growth
Olivo and Rivera, who previously joined LPT Realty as founding members, are returning to eXp Realty after scaling their organization and identifying the need for a model designed to support long-term expansion. They built Maximum Tampa Group into a high-performing team, closing $51.96 million in volume across 144 sides in 2024 and averaging between 120 and 150 transactions annually.

Leadership and Market Expansion
Through this move, Olivo and Rivera will step into leadership roles as Co-Team Leaders of FIG Team Maximum Tampa. The new office will operate as a direct extension of the FIG Team, combining local leadership with established systems and operational support. This marks FIG Team's first expansion into the Tampa market, following a strategic alignment between Olivo, Rivera, and FIG Team leadership, including Veronica Figueroa and Isis Sarcos.
