The company achieved a significant milestone by claiming the Builder of the Year - Multi-Family title for the third consecutive year, establishing a remarkable pattern of industry dominance.

Rohit Group Claims Major Honors with Eight Awards
While StreetSide led in total awards, Rohit Group followed closely with eight recognitions, including two of the evening's most prestigious honors. Cantiro's Alces community in southeast Edmonton was named Edmonton's Best New Community, competing against entries from Avillia Developments, Rohit Group, and Anthem Properties. The name Alces, derived from Latin for moose, symbolizes strength, pride, and elegance.
For Best Community in the region, Strata Development Corp.'s Ardrossan development near Sherwood Park claimed victory over competitors including Rohit's Cambrian and three Edmonton entries from Brookfield Residential.
