Globex Mining Reports High-Grade Zinc, Silver, Gold in Initial Berrigan Drill Holes
Wide High-Grade Zn, Ag, Au Hits on Globex Royalty Claims

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. has released promising initial assay results from a drilling program on the Berrigan property in Quebec, where the company holds a valuable royalty interest. The work, conducted by operator TomaGold Corporation, has intersected significant zinc, silver, and gold mineralization over substantial widths.

Strong Initial Drill Results Reported

On December 22, 2025, TomaGold reported the findings from the first drill holes on the Berrigan claims, located within the prolific Chibougamau mining camp. Globex retains a 2% Gross Metal Royalty on these claims. The results, announced by Globex on December 23, highlight several high-grade intersections.

The most notable result came from drill hole TOM-25-009. From a depth of 156.70 metres, the hole returned 6.68% zinc equivalent (1.57 g/t gold equivalent) over 48.05 metres. This broad zone included an ultra-high-grade section of 39.03% zinc equivalent (9.15 g/t gold equivalent) over 2.90 metres and another interval of 21.86% zinc equivalent (5.12 g/t gold equivalent) over 5.40 metres.

A lower section of the same hole, starting at 244.50 metres, hit 5.44% zinc equivalent (1.27 g/t gold equivalent) over 15.20 metres, including 25.15% zinc equivalent (5.85 g/t gold equivalent) over 2.55 metres.

Hole TOM-25-010 also intersected mineralization, reporting 2.67% zinc equivalent (0.62 g/t gold equivalent) over a wide 48.30 metre interval. This included a higher-grade core of 12.87% zinc equivalent (3.00 g/t gold equivalent) over 6.25 metres.

Ongoing Exploration and Next Steps

The company noted that the reported widths are core lengths, with the true width estimated to be approximately 80–85% of that figure, depending on drill hole angles. Exploration on the property is actively continuing.

Five additional drill holes targeting extensions of the known mineralized zone have been completed and are currently awaiting assay results. Furthermore, a Borehole Electromagnetic (EM) Survey is underway. This geophysical technique aims to identify new, untested exploration targets in the vicinity of the current drill results.

Implications for Globex Shareholders

For shareholders of Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (TSX: GMX, Frankfurt: G1MN, OTCQX: GLBXF), these results are significant as they demonstrate the potential of an asset on which the company holds a royalty, without bearing the exploration costs. The positive initial data from the Berrigan property could enhance the value of Globex's royalty portfolio.

The technical information in the release was prepared by Jack Stoch, P.Geo., Globex's Executive Chairman and CEO, acting as a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 standards. It was also approved by Jean Lafleur, P.Geo., Vice President of TomaGold Corporation.

Globex Mining, a royalty and project generator company, is based in Toronto, Ontario. Investors are cautioned that the news release contains forward-looking statements subject to various risks and uncertainties, as detailed in the company's filings on SEDARplus.ca.
