Mink Ventures Completes Drilling at Warren Project; Moves Drill to Montcalm Ni Cu Co Project

TORONTO, Feb. 03, 2026 — Mink Ventures Corporation (TSXV:MINK) has announced the completion of its diamond drilling program at the Warren Ni Cu Co Project, located in Timmins, Ontario. The company successfully drilled eight holes, totaling 346 meters, to test priority nickel and copper targets at the A Zone and D Zone.

Drill core from the Warren Project is currently being logged, split, and prepared for assay analysis. Preliminary reports indicate that the program intersected significant sulphide mineralization in several drill holes. Assay results will be released to the public as soon as they are received and verified.

Transition to Montcalm Property

With the Warren drilling concluded, Mink Ventures is now shifting its winter drill program to the Montcalm Property. This substantial property covers approximately 100 square kilometers and is situated about 30 kilometers northwest of the Warren Project.

The Montcalm project is located within the Montcalm Gabbro Complex and is adjacent to Glencore's former Montcalm Mine. Historical data from the Ontario Geological Survey shows that the Montcalm Mine produced 3.93 million tonnes of ore, grading 1.25% nickel, 0.67% copper, and 0.051% cobalt.

Objectives at Montcalm

The primary objective of Mink's drill program at Montcalm is to test a deep-seated, high-priority target identified through 3D Borehole Induced Polarization surveys. This target is supported by coincident airborne VTEM, gravity, and magnetic responses and is located approximately 500 meters below the surface.

Mink Ventures aims to explore this target with a proposed borehole drilled at an angle of -88 degrees to a depth of 600 meters, as outlined in their technical plans.
