Maxus, Palliser Extend Partnership After 2025 Field Work

VANCOUVER, BC – Maxus Mining Inc. (CSE: MAXM | FRA: R7V) has confirmed the continuation of its strategic partnership with geological consultancy Palliser Exploration Ltd. This announcement follows the successful and safe completion of extensive field exploration programs across multiple properties in British Columbia during the fall of 2025.

Successful Execution of 2025 Exploration Programs

The collaborative 2025 field season focused on the Quarry, Lotto, Alturas, and Hurley Properties. Palliser's technical team executed a disciplined program centered on systematic geological mapping and targeted rock sampling. The work was completed efficiently and without safety incidents.

Key achievements from the season include the collection of over 200 surface rock samples and the documentation of critical geological observations. These observations covered mineralization styles, alteration patterns, and structural controls, which have materially advanced the geological understanding of each property.

Technical Foundation for Future Exploration

The data generated from the 2025 programs has significantly refined the exploration models for the portfolio. The results provide a robust technical foundation that will directly guide exploration planning, prioritization, and follow-up work as the companies look ahead to the 2026 field season.

Palliser Exploration brings a wealth of experience in British Columbia's diverse geology, including expertise in Au-Cu-Mo porphyry systems, low-sulfidation epithermal mineralization, and orogenic gold systems. Their integrated approach ensures programs are technically rigorous and aligned with project advancement goals.

Leadership Commentary on the Partnership

Scott Walters, Chief Executive Officer of Maxus Mining, expressed satisfaction with the partnership's progress. "We are very pleased with the continued partnership with Palliser Exploration and the successful execution of the 2025 field programs across our British Columbia portfolio," said Walters.

"Palliser’s disciplined, technically rigorous approach delivered high-quality geological data and meaningful observations that have materially advanced our understanding of each Property.
