The hearing, which will be held via videoconference in Toronto, Ontario, is open to the public unless the panel orders otherwise.
Allegations Against MacDonnell
The hearing concerns allegations that Michael MacDonnell misappropriated or otherwise obtained monies from a client which he did not repay or account for. Additionally, he is accused of failing to cooperate with an investigation by CIRO Staff into his conduct. The alleged violations occurred while MacDonnell was a Registered Dealing Representative with Quadrus Investment Services Inc. in the Toronto, Ontario area. He is not currently registered in the securities industry in any capacity.
