According to a statement from the Windsor Police Service (WPS), the first incident involved damage to a commercial property in the downtown area. Surveillance footage captured a suspect breaking a window and vandalizing the interior. The second incident occurred at a residential property in the east end, where a suspect damaged a vehicle and a fence. Police believe the two incidents are unrelated.
Suspect Descriptions
In the first case, the suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a dark hoodie and jeans. Police are asking residents and business owners to review their security footage and report any suspicious activity. Investigators are also looking for potential witnesses who may have seen the incidents occur. The WPS emphasizes that property damage is a serious offense and those responsible will be prosecuted.
