Sigla, a European private equity firm, has announced an investment in Bredehorst Clinic Medical Management GmbH (BCMM), Germany's leading provider of tech-enabled procurement optimization services for hospitals and care facilities. The investment, made through Sigla Fund I, aims to accelerate BCMM's expansion and digital transformation.
Proprietary Data Drives Savings
BCMM leverages a proprietary database of over five million invoice-level data points, built over nearly two decades, to deliver granular insights and cost savings for healthcare providers. This helps hospitals facing inflation and supply chain complexity to enhance procurement processes and generate significant savings.
