Key Achievements in 2025

Among the highlights, 13 additional properties received BOMA Best certification, expanding the portfolio's sustainable building credentials. Energy tracking improved, with 80% of BTB's portfolio now monitored through ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. The company conducted 46 performance audits covering water, energy, air quality, and waste management across its properties.

BTB recorded a 75% increase in its GRESB Management score compared to 2024, reflecting enhanced governance and sustainability management practices.
