Forsythe's Background and Expertise
Before joining eXp Realty, Forsythe held leadership roles including COO at HomeSmart International, President at Compass for the California and Hawaii region, and Chief Strategy Officer at Fathom Holdings. Her career began as an agent, later owning and operating a brokerage, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate ecosystem.
